Return and Refund Policy

NIUK LLC – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NIUK LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible NIUK products within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable are not eligible for return

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

For Online Purchases (via NIUKCARE.com or the NIUK App):

Visit our Returns Portal at www.niukcare.com/returns
Enter your order number and email
Follow the instructions to receive a prepaid return label (if applicable)
Ship the item back in its original condition

For In-Store Purchases:

Return the item to any authorized NIUK retail location with the original receipt.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

support@niukcare.com with:

Order number
Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NIUK error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)
If the item was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

First, check your bank account
Then contact your credit card provider or bank (some processing times may vary)
